Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the Customer Support Intern role. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing candidate communications, verifying documentation, and ensuring that all candidate interactions are handled with professionalism and empathy.

The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, basic understanding of customer support and/or candidate management, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage candidate communications, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues via email or chat.
  2. Verify documentation for completeness and accuracy, educate candidates on the documentation process, and document candidate interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in the candidate experience.
  3. Address candidate inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • BASIC understanding of customer support and/or candidate management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
