Adept Project Manager with Expertise in Agile Methodologies

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Agile Project Lead to drive the success of our international projects in Chennai.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Project Management;
- Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives;
- Assist the team in understanding and implementing agile principles and practices;
- Identify and resolve any obstacles that may hinder the project's progress;
- Monitor the project's progress and ensure alignment with goals;
- Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) dashboards to track and visualize project performance, sprint progress, and metrics;
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master degree;
- Certified Scrum Master with +5 years of experience;
- +5 years of experience as Agile project management (Scrum, Kanban, etc.):
- Ability to lead projects using agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban to ensure iterative and flexible delivery;
- Expertise in creating metrics and dashboards using Azure DevOps;
- Experience with PeopleSoft is an advantage;
- Experience in leading and guiding small to medium-sized development teams;
- Strong facilitation skills for agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives;
- Ability to remove impediments and ensure smooth project execution;
- Continuous improvement mindset and ability to foster a productive work environment;
- Fluent in English;
