We are looking for an experienced and skilled Agile Project Manager to lead our agile teams and drive successful project execution. This role demands strong leadership, deep Agile expertise, and hands-on project management experience.
The ideal candidate will be based in or willing to work in Madurai Location or from Home and will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and Agile/Scrum practices.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Facilitating all Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews
- Guiding teams in Agile adoption and ensuring adherence to Scrum principles
