Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Agile Coach with expertise in guiding high-performing teams through AI and cloud-based projects to drive innovative solutions.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technology field, hands-on experience with AI and cloud-based projects, and a proven ability to facilitate agile frameworks and ensure seamless communication among team members, stakeholders, and executives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure project velocity, stakeholder alignment, and efficient execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manage and maintain agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) adapted to AI/cloud environments.
  • Facilitate effective collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and executives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing AI and cloud ecosystem projects as an Agile Project Manager.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and their adaptation to AI/cloud environments.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in a dynamic startup or innovation-driven environment.
  • Understanding of FinOps, policy-as-code, or cloud cost optimization practices.
  • Familiarity with ML Ops/MLOps pipelines, AI agent workflows, or data governance frameworks.
