Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Agile Practitioner to support high-performing teams in delivering innovative banking solutions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a Scrum Master, coaching teams on Agile best practices, Lean thinking, and SAFe principles. They will facilitate planning events, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, psychological safety, and team empowerment.

As a key member of the organization, this professional will remove impediments, shield the team from external distractions, and ensure sprint goals are met and aligned with organizational objectives. They will collaborate with Product Owners and Managers to maintain a healthy backlog and coordinate with other Scrum Masters and the Release Train Engineer to ensure cross-team alignment.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
  • 2+ years working in a SAFe environment, ideally within an Agile Release Train.
  • Experience supporting teams building AI/ML or data-driven products.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile metrics (velocity, cycle time, team health) and tools (Craft, Jira, Confluence, Miro).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I/II) and/or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM / SASM).
  • Background in data science, AI/ML, or software engineering is a plus.
  • Experience in regulated industries such as banking or fintech.
  • Understanding of MLOps, model governance, and AI lifecycle management.
