About the Role

We are seeking a
dynamic, process-oriented, and tech-savvy Project Manager
to oversee technical development, internship coordination, sales support, and strategic B2B initiatives. This is a pivotal leadership role acting as the bridge between multiple departments to ensure smooth operations, technical alignment, and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead
    technical development projects
    , ensuring code quality and best practices.
  • Oversee
    internship program coordination
    and academic partnership initiatives.
  • Support sales teams with operational tools, CRM management, and process improvements.
  • Manage cross-functional teams, third-party vendors, and hybrid/remote workflows.
  • Implement agile methodologies and track projects with tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
  • Drive
    data-driven decision-making
    through analytics and reporting.
  • Create and maintain
    SOPs, documentation
    , and scalable operational systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's in
    Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration
    , or related field.
  • 5–10 years
    of experience in
    project management, technical leadership, or cross-functional team supervision
    — preferably in EdTech or education services.
  • Proven experience with
    web development, CRM systems
    , and vendor management.
  • Knowledge of
    agile methodologies
    and version control tools (Git).
  • Experience in
    academic partnerships or sales support
    is a plus.
