Futureace Healthcare Academy is seeking a Project Manager to oversee and coordinate marketing and digital initiatives. The role involves managing projects across web, social media, and overall marketing operations, ensuring timely delivery, alignment with objectives, and smooth cross-team collaboration. The candidate should bring strong organizational skills, a working knowledge of Agile methodologies, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities

● Plan, coordinate, and deliver projects across digital marketing, web, and social media functions.

● Define project timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities in alignment with business goals.

● Implement and adapt Agile methodology for effective workflow management.

● Monitor progress and ensure timely execution with quality standards.

● Facilitate communication between teams, leadership, and external partners.

● Track, document, and report on KPIs, milestones, and outcomes.

● Identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure efficient resource allocation.

Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree and higher in Management, Marketing, IT, or related field.

● 1–3 years of project management experience, preferably in digital or marketing-related roles.

● Strong understanding of Agile principles and tools.

● Basic understanding of web technologies and HTML.

● Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
