As a senior project manager, you will be responsible for leading software development initiatives and driving successful project delivery from conception to deployment.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in agile methodologies, technical project management, and cross-functional team leadership, with expertise in modern development tools and project management platforms.

You will lead end-to-end project management for software development initiatives and technical deliverables, facilitate agile ceremonies, coordinate activities across development, QA, DevOps, and design teams, create detailed project plans, monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Additionally, you will serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, establish and maintain project documentation, requirements, and technical specifications, drive process improvements, and manage resource allocation and workload distribution across development teams.

Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field, 3+ years of project management experience in software development environments, strong experience with agile methodologies, advanced proficiency in project management tools and development platforms, and a proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.

Technical skills required include Jira/Azure DevOps, Git and version control systems, CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools, agile project management frameworks, Microsoft Office Suite/Google Workspace, project tracking and reporting tools, and a basic understanding of web technologies and databases.

Preferred qualifications include professional project management certification, certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent agile certification, previous experience as a software developer or in a technical role, experience with enterprise software development and cloud platforms, knowledge of DevOps practices and automation tools, experience with remote/distributed team management, familiarity with data analytics and performance metrics, and a collaborative and innovative engineering culture.
