Job Title: Senior Software Engineering Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled software engineering manager to lead our team of developers. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time and on budget.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in software development, with experience in managing large-scale software projects.
  • They will be responsible for overseeing the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and requirements gathering to design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tackling complex software development projects and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Developing and maintaining real-time trading applications using C++ and C#.
  • Integrating third-party APIs (e.g., market data feeds, FIX protocol) with internal systems.
  • Optimizing and refactoring codebases for low-latency and high-throughput performance.
  • Designing and implementing automated testing frameworks to ensure platform stability.
  • Monitoring and supporting production trading systems, including troubleshooting and incident resolution.
  • Developing back-testing frameworks and historical data analysis tools for strategy research.
  • Ensuring code adheres to security, compliance, and regulatory standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in software development and management.
  • Strong technical knowledge of software development methodologies and practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
