Project Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Lead to oversee the successful execution of our software development projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

  • Job Description:
  • The Project Lead will be responsible for managing software/application development projects in an agile environment, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • The Project Lead will work closely with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, as well as establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • The Project Lead will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks, developing contingency plans, and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Domain Expertise: Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field.
  • Project Management Experience: 1-2 years of experience in project management and related fields.
  • Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred, Agile certification is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
