**Project Leadership Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our Agile software development initiatives, overseeing both Project Management and Scrum Master responsibilities across cross-functional teams.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Oversee the entire Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) from requirements gathering and analysis to design, development, deployment, and post-launch support.
  • Coordinate with distributed teams including Business Analysts, UI/Backend Developers, QA, DevOps, and Support to ensure seamless execution.
  • Drive Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives, Reviews/Demos, and backlog grooming.
  • Deliver projects under Fixed Price and Time & Material (T&M) engagement models, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to manage expectations, provide transparent status updates, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, blockers, and dependencies to maintain delivery momentum.
  • Champion software development best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines across teams.
  • Facilitate communication between business and technical teams by understanding high-level architecture and system design.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • 13–16 years of experience in Agile Project Management.
  • Working knowledge of Angular and Node.js.
