Project Lead Opportunity

We seek an experienced professional to oversee key software projects, ensuring goals are met within set timeframes and delivering high-quality results that satisfy clients.

This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, managing teams, and driving successful project outcomes. Key responsibilities include leading project teams, monitoring progress, and identifying and addressing risks or issues promptly.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in project management tools like Jira. A solid understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall is also essential.

Beyond the required skills and qualifications, we value additional certifications in Agile methodologies and prior experience as a software developer. Key competencies include leadership and team management, stakeholder management, quality assurance, and client-centric focus.

Key Responsibilities:

Preferred Skills and Qualification:

  • Prior experience as a software developer, preferably in Python, Java, or similar technologies, before transitioning into project management.
  • Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent.
  • Additional certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe, AgilePM) would be a plus.
