Project Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Lead to oversee key software projects from inception to delivery. The ideal candidate will have expertise in project planning, execution, and closure, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.

The successful Project Lead will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, delegating tasks, and providing guidance to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Developing comprehensive project plans detailing objectives, timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Maintaining open communication with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Collaborating closely with project teams to identify and address risks or issues promptly.

Key requirements include:

  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership skills, capable of motivating and aligning team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Prior experience as a software developer, preferably in Python or Java before transitioning into project management.
  • Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent.
