We are seeking a skilled Software Sales Consultant to specialize in bringing software development projects with a focus on Java-related technologies.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in selling software development services, with a strong emphasis on the US market.
This role will involve selling services on a per-hour basis, including full-time hiring and staff augmentation, for our diverse US and global clientele.
The candidate should be a go-getter with exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to deliver results quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business and build relationships with clients, particularly in the US market.
- Sell Java-related software development services and staff augmentation solutions.
- Generate a pipeline by making 40 calls/day and scheduling at least 4 demos/week.
- Update activities in the CRM and provide status updates on a weekly basis.
- Meet or exceed quarterly business development objectives.
- Develop strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in software sales, particularly Java-related services.
- Strong knowledge of the US market and proven ability to close deals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and tracking sales activities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
