A successful candidate must have 2-3 years of experience in bench sales (H1B, OPT, EAD, GC, and Citizens) within the US IT consulting industry. Excellent communication skills are essential, as well as a good understanding of US Tax terms like W2 and Corp2Corp 1099.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in using job boards like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, and Free Job Sites to source C2C requirements. They will also be responsible for arranging interviews with tier one vendors or end clients and following up with candidates and clients throughout the process.
This role requires strong active and passive search skills to source candidates, as well as the ability to generate leads through cold calling to acquire new direct clients. The Sales Recruitment Specialist will also be responsible for managing the complete cycle of bench sales, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
