About the Role:

  • We are seeking a results-driven Business Loan Growth Manager to lead our sales efforts within a designated cluster. This individual will develop and execute comprehensive strategies to drive sales of unsecured business loan products through Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) and manage a team of sales professionals.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with experience in recruiting, training, and managing DSAs and sales teams, ensuring adherence to company policies and guidelines.
  • Key responsibilities include identifying and acquiring potential business clients through the DSAs, while maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • This role also involves conducting thorough financial assessments of potential clients and ensuring customization of appropriate loan solutions that align with their specific business needs and financial capabilities.
  • Additionally, the Business Loan Growth Manager will monitor and drive performance of DSAs and sales teams to meet and exceed sales targets, providing guidance, training, and support as necessary.
  • Maintaining market awareness, analyzing customer feedback, and competition within the cluster's area is crucial for making informed business decisions and adjusting sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaboration with internal teams is essential to streamline the loan application process, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
  • The successful candidate will provide comprehensive reports on sales activities, team and DSA performance, and market insights to senior management.
