Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to join our team. This role involves designing and delivering user-centered solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

">Main Responsibilities
  • Create intuitive user experiences through user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
  • Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for various devices and interfaces.
  • Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
  • Make strategic design and UX decisions related to core and new functions and features.
  • Rapidly test and iterate designs.
  • Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback.
  • Create personas through user research and data analysis.
  • Find creative solutions for UX problems such as usability and findability.
  • Collaborate with UI designers to implement attractive designs.
  • Communicate design ideas and prototypes effectively to developers.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of UX design experience, preferably with complex digital solutions.
  • Expertise in UX design software such as Sketch or Figma.
  • Ability to understand detailed client requirements and design complete user experiences.
  • Extensive knowledge of UX best practices, mobile-first, and responsive design.
  • Strong grasp of user-centered design (UCD), user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability, and accessibility.
  • Efficient and intelligent iteration of designs and solutions.
  • Experience in graphic design and social media collateral creation (preferred).
  • Keen eye for detail.
  • Clear and effective communication of design processes, ideas, and solutions.
  • Understanding of the importance of design thinking and user-centered design.
  • Ability to synthesize abstract ideas into concrete design implications and work effectively in a team.
  • Comfortable collaborating in distributed team settings and delivering design solutions for approval.
  • Passionate about solving user pain points through design.
  • Open to feedback and constructive criticism.
  • Enthusiastic about UX, design innovation, and staying current with industry trends and technologies.
  • Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills (a plus).
  • Experience handling B2C and e-commerce projects and clients.
