Transformative UI/UX Designer Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking an innovative and detail-oriented Design Visionary to lead our user interface and experience team. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to translate user needs and business goals into functional and beautiful digital interfaces.

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to drive the design of our web and mobile platforms (iOS, Android, responsive web) and shape the user experience. If you have a passion for creating seamless, tech-enabled experiences and enjoy working in an Agile environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading end-to-end design efforts for web and mobile platforms (iOS, Android, responsive web)
  • Conducting user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions
  • Translating product requirements and user insights into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
  • Collaborating with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design solutions
  • Maintaining and contributing to a consistent design system across products
  • Optimizing designs based on feedback, analytics, and A/B testing
  • Staying up to date with industry trends and applying best practices in UI/UX, interaction design, and visual storytelling
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 4-6 years of professional UI/UX design experience, preferably in tech/product companies
  • Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop
  • A strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design
  • The ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive designs
  • Experience working in Agile teams
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design thinking, problem-solving, and polished UI
