We're on a mission to revolutionize how educators are supported and empowered using the power of AI. As a UI/UX Designer, you'll be instrumental in shaping the user experience for our platform, combining intelligence and empathy to create intuitive interfaces.

  • You will oversee the entire design process for both web and mobile applications, from concept to high-fidelity handoff.
  • Design AI-first experiences that feel smart, conversational, and human-centered.
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and content teams to drive innovation and build impactful solutions.
  • Elevate and scale our design system to ensure consistency and creativity throughout.
  • Ground your work in user insights, leveraging data-driven decisions to inform thoughtful UX strategies.
  • Prototype, test, iterate, and refine because 'done' is just the starting point.
  • Take ownership of features and shape the product experience by being a builder and visionary.

Essential Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in crafting seamless user experiences that deliver results.
  • A strong command of modern UI toolkits, including Figma.
  • Skilled in mobile and web UI design with a deep understanding of responsive design principles.
  • Passionate about UX strategy, clean visuals, journey mapping, user flows, testing, and continuous improvement.
  • A strong communicator who can effectively convey decisions and rally feedback.
  • Data-driven, with a keen interest in metrics and using insights to drive better design.

Bonus Attributes

  • Experience with AI interfaces or education/coaching platforms.
  • Comfortable designing conversational UI or intelligent assistants.
  • Familiarity with accessibility best practices (WCAG).
  • No-code tools or front-end basics.
