Job Title: UI Lead

We are seeking a seasoned User Interface (UI) Lead to join our AppScan Product team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, responsive, and intuitive user interfaces.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive technical discussions to shape the future of our product.

Your expertise in modern UI frameworks, cloud-based architectures, and leadership activities like mentoring, code reviews, and stakeholder collaboration will be invaluable to our team's success.

Requirements:
  • 12–16 years of experience in front-end development, with at least 3 years in a lead role.
  • Expertise in ReactJs, Angular, or Vue.js (Angular preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern build tools.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience working with QA teams, understanding of test automation frameworks and manual testing processes.
Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, responsive, and intuitive user interfaces for AppScan on Cloud.
  • Implement best practices in UI/UX design, performance optimization, and accessibility.
  • Work with RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-native technologies.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design across devices.
  • Collaborate with backend developers, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver high-quality releases.
Leadership Expectations:
  • Lead and mentor a team of UI developers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to align UI development with business goals.
  • Guide and support QA teams (manual and automation) in understanding UI workflows, test coverage, and automation strategies.
