At the forefront of digital innovation, we seek an accomplished User Experience (UX) Design Strategist to spearhead our design efforts.

About the Role:

  • Lead the development of user-centric UX strategies and designs across various touchpoints, including websites, mobile apps, and physical channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, encompassing product management, engineering, and marketing, to ensure alignment and effective implementation of designs.
  • Develop and maintain a profound understanding of user needs, behaviors, and motivations to inform design decisions.
  • Design and prototype high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and gather feedback.
  • Conduct usability testing and analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimize design solutions.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX design.

Key Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in digital design, with a focus on user experience.
  • Hands-on experience in designing websites, creatives, and mobile apps.
  • Strong sense of color combinations and typography.
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch app.
  • Able to articulate requirements and deficiencies in design implementation.
  • Experience defining and designing interactions is a plus.
