Key Responsibilities
  • Craft wireframes, user flows, and prototypes in Figma to effectively communicate design concepts.
  • Conduct thorough user research and usability testing to refine designs based on gathered insights.
  • Ensure designs adhere to accessibility, inclusivity, and responsiveness standards.
  • Develop pixel-perfect UI components, layouts, and design systems in Figma.
  • Apply motion design or micro-interactions to enhance usability.
  • Maintain design consistency across web and mobile platforms.
  • Implement Design-to-Development Handoff using tools like Figma's Dev Mode, Zeplin, or Storybook to provide engineers with clean assets and clear design specs.
  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure faithful implementation of designs.
  • Effectively communicate with engineers to ensure designs are implemented with accuracy and performance in mind.
  • Leverage AI-assisted design tools to accelerate ideation and asset generation.
  • Explore and prototype using no-code/low-code platforms for rapid validation.
