Senior UI/UX Designer Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior UI/UX Designer to collaborate with our cross-functional teams in crafting seamless and engaging user experiences that meet the needs of our diverse customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to understand business goals, user needs, and technical constraints, ensuring alignment and effective decision-making.
  • Design intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces using wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mock-ups that prioritize user-centered design principles.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Lead redesign efforts for existing products or features, ensuring improved usability, aesthetic quality, and consistency across platforms and devices.
  • Maintain design consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness, meeting industry standards and best practices.
  • Support development teams through implementation, ensuring design intent is preserved and executed effectively.
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices; recommend innovative solutions to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
  • Provide mentorship and feedback to junior designers, promoting a collaborative design culture that fosters growth and learning.
  • Advocate for user-centered design throughout the product development lifecycle, prioritizing customer needs and expectations.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify UX improvement opportunities and differentiate our products in the market.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing complex projects and design thinking.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design, usability, and accessibility standards.
  • Experience with user research methodologies and translating insights into actionable design.
  • Strong visual design sensibility and attention to detail (typography, color theory, layout).
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
  • Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience mentoring junior designers is preferred.
