Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals to generate value.
  • Collaborate with leadership to design and foster an organizational design and culture that supports business growth and employee engagement.
  • Analyze business-specific data to identify trends and recommend solutions aimed at improving performance, retention, and employee experience.
  • Evaluate talent development initiatives to ensure the organization is prepared to meet evolving business demands.
  • Design and execute change management initiatives in partnership with leaders.
  • Foster employee retention and engagement through targeted initiatives.
  • Oversee the performance management lifecycle to promote high-performance cultures.
  • Promote comprehensive on-boarding and induction experiences for new employees.
  • Review and analyze business processes to identify trends and recommend solutions for improved performance and engagement.
  • Establish forums and mechanisms to enhance the employee experience.
  • Resolve employee relations issues to ensure a fair and transparent work environment.
  • Sustain ongoing support to the leadership team on HR-related matters.
  • Collaborate with People Operations to innovate and implement effective people strategies.

  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, negotiation abilities, and HR expertise.
  • Exhibit proficiency in HR metrics and systems, including a deep understanding of HRIS software and databases.
  • Develop HR strategies that align with and support company objectives.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive working relationships.
