Lead HR Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources leader to drive and manage all core areas of HR at our organization.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, and policy development.

  • Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding: Foster strong pipelines and attract top talent through effective employer branding strategies.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture: Develop initiatives that promote a high-performance work environment, foster collaboration, and enhance employee well-being.
  • Performance Management & Learning: Drive processes that enable growth, continuous feedback, and development.
  • HR Operations & Compliance: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Policy & Process Development: Strengthen frameworks that balance organizational goals with employee needs.
  • Strategic HR Partnering: Collaborate closely with leadership to align people strategy with business objectives.
Requirements
  • 7–12 years of experience in HR, with at least 3+ years in a senior generalist role.
  • Strong understanding of the IT/Technology services industry.
  • Ability to balance people empathy with business acumen.
  • Proven experience in scaling HR practices in a growing organization.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
