
Sales Leadership Role

As a Sales Manager, you will oversee the order management team, providing guidance and support to help them excel in their roles. Your expertise will also be called upon to educate inside sales staff on effective customer engagement strategies, ensuring they are well-equipped to handle common customer inquiries.
To succeed in this position, you will collaborate with the marketing department to ensure that inside sales staff receive high-quality leads to pursue. You will maintain accurate records of all leads and actual sales, as well as evaluate the performance of the inside sales team on a regular basis.
Your analytical skills will be essential in evaluating current sales conversion practices and procedures to determine their effectiveness in generating sales. You will recommend and implement improvements as needed to optimize sales performance.
In addition to your technical skills, strong leadership abilities, including excellent communication and problem-solving skills, are crucial for success in this role. You will be responsible for addressing and resolving customer complaints, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will possess 2-4 years of relevant managerial experience, with a proven track record of success as an Inside Sales Manager. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is also required. Strong organizational and analytical skills, combined with excellent communication and customer service skills, make this a compelling opportunity for any sales professional seeking to take their career to the next level.
