About the Job

As a strategic business partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving change and supporting growth by ensuring seamless HR system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain critical HR systems, focusing on data integrity and workflow optimization
  • Provide first-line support for HR-related queries, troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently
  • Develop and implement workflows that align with organizational policies and enhance the employee experience
  • Conduct comprehensive testing of new features across various HR modules
  • Offer configuration, troubleshooting, and day-to-day end-user support for HR systems
  • Produce and interpret reports and dashboards to inform people analytics, enabling stakeholders to make data-driven decisions
  • Perform regular audits, system updates, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Deliver training and documentation to users on HR system functionality and self-service processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify gaps, implement improvements, and support system developments
  • Support strategic HR initiatives through technical expertise and data insights

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience with HR systems and strong data management skills
  • Excellent stakeholder communication, problem-solving, and process improvement skills
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking abilities
  • Technical skills: familiarity with report-building tools, Excel, and general system administration
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements, including GDPR
