HR Automation Specialist

This role involves the management of daily HR operations, including system enhancements, audits and automation projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing HR systems and possess excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily HR tech operations, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination independently.
  • Conduct HR technology audits to ensure compliance, data integrity, and system security.
  • Liaise with internal business technology teams to align HR systems with enterprise-wide solutions and integrations.
  • Lead implementation of new system enhancements and ensure adoption by HR and employees.
  • Maintain and optimize HR systems, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to identify process gaps and deploy digital workflows.
  • Monitor system performance, generate HR dashboards, and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Train HR teams and employees on new features, functionalities, and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (with a preference for HR tech/automation background).
  • 3-6 years of experience in HR Technology / HR Operations with hands-on system management.
  • Knowledge of HR systems, such as Zing HR, TurboHire, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance, payroll, etc.
  • Prior experience in HR tech audits and compliance checks.
  • Excellent problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and liaise across HR and technology functions.
