Funnel & Metrics Ownership

Own and optimize the end-to-end growth funnel: acquisition activation retention monetization.

Qualifications

58 years of experience in growth, business development, or performance marketing within a B2C, B2B marketplace, or industrial/commodities environment.

Prior experience in managing customer support, lead generation, and regional sales teams is highly preferred.

Skills

">

A strong grasp of user acquisition funnels and metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV, ARPU, Retention).

Proficiency in ad platforms (Meta Ads, Google UAC, YouTube, DV360, etc.), Excel, attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust), and BI tools.

">

Leadership & Strategic Acumen

">

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams including business development, marketing, and customer support.

Strong decision-making, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
