Job OverviewWe are seeking a talented Growth Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth campaigns across various channels to enhance user acquisition, engagement, and retention.Key Responsibilities

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience working as a Growth Analyst/Business Analyst in an e-commerce or similar domain (Mandatory). A strong working knowledge in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools like Looker, Tableau is expected. Understanding of Data-analysis languages like R/Python in core Statistical Concepts is also required.

Familiar with CRM platforms like Clevertap/Mo-engage. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams like Marketing, Business, Finance, Product, Tech to ensure alignment and drive growth initiatives.
