Job Overview:
This Senior Business Development Manager position requires a unique blend of business acumen, technical knowledge, and customer-facing skills. About the Role:
- Business Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth, focusing on revenue expansion and customer acquisition.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Tech Savviness: Demonstrate a strong understanding of SAAS products, including features, functionalities, and integrations ecosystem, staying updated on the latest product enhancements.
- Communication: Excel in written and verbal communication, articulating complex concepts simply and effectively to customers of varying non-technical backgrounds.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and marketing, to provide comprehensive support to customers.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally in a SAAS environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex technical queries.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Deep understanding of software, databases, and cloud technologies.
- Proficiency in ticketing and chat software.
