Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide high-quality support, handling complex technical inquiries and troubleshooting to maximize customer value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert-level technical assistance to customers and partners on product configuration, performance, and troubleshooting
  • Diligently diagnose, isolate, and resolve technical issues while coordinating fixes with Engineering and QA teams
  • Maintain exceptionally high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement
  • Utilize diagnostic tools, scripts, and lab environments to replicate and resolve issues effectively
  • Contribute significantly to technical documentation, knowledge base, and troubleshooting guides
  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to deliver the best customer experience possible
  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally by sharing valuable insights and feedback
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical support or customer-facing engineering role
  • Background in B2B SaaS and strong knowledge of network and security fundamentals
  • Deep expertise in switches, routers, and networking concepts
  • Certifications preferred: CCNA, JNCIE, or higher
  • Working knowledge of Linux, VMware ESXi, and firewalls
  • Familiarity with 802.1x/NAC, vulnerability management, and cybersecurity best practices
  • Adept communicator with a passion for customer success
  • Able to manage multiple issues and tasks in a fast-paced environment efficiently
