Job Description

As an Operations Technical Learning Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing internal learning programs on the Business Process Management team. This position requires strong facilitation skills to foster engagement in a web-based or in-person environment.

  • Develop training content that is engaging, informative, and accessible to all employees.
  • Design and facilitate technical training programs that support business strategies and align with company goals.
  • Collaborate with subject experts and colleagues to create a collaborative learning environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience plus 2-3 years of instructional design skills.
  • Excellent facilitation skills that foster engagement in a web-based or in-person environment.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Preferred knowledge of Articulate 360, Salesforce (Service Cloud), Webex, Camtasia, and/or SharePoint.
