Job Title: Technical Operations Specialist

About the Role

This position presents an excellent opportunity to bridge the gap between technical knowledge and business operations. As a Technical Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and support of our technical tools and systems while maintaining strong relationships with clients.

  • Resolve inquiries and issues related to technical tools, platforms, and services with exceptional customer service.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for clients on operational processes, technical systems, engineering-related queries, and business operations.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and provide proactive solutions to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Assist in client onboarding and training in using technical tools and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • At least 2 years of experience in client services, technical support, or business operations.
  • Strong knowledge of technical systems and tools, including CRM platforms, databases, software solutions.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with attention to detail and client satisfaction.
