IT Operations Technical Specialist

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of implementing service management frameworks, including CMDB, Discovery, and Service Graph Connector (SGC).
They should possess knowledge and understanding of networking concepts, including DMZ zones, Public/Private/Hybrid Cloud environments, and industrial control systems.
A solid grasp of Windows, Linux/UNIX administrations, and PowerShell scripting is also required.
Moderate understanding of database-level architecture and the ability to write SQL queries is necessary.
The candidate should be able to script automated processes using business rules and script actions, and have experience with configuration and enhancements on the ServiceNow ITOM platform.
- Develop service management configurations, including CMDB data alignment and automated data population, data import, etc.
- Document every development, configuration, and technical detail and prepare training materials for projects.
- Implement CSDM framework for operational technology and end-to-end data alignment process documentation, including CMDB and CSDM process and procedures.
- Develop training materials and train necessary stakeholders on new processes and procedures.
- Help in identifying issues, gathering data, analyzing, and presenting solutions.
Represent project stakeholders throughout planning, development, and release processes.
