High-Profile Software Expert

About the Role:

This is a high-profile opportunity to deliver cutting-edge software solutions. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing applications using ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 7+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on configuration experience in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
  • Strong understanding of HRSD modules including Case Management, Knowledge, Lifecycle Events, and Employee Center.
  • Proficient in ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, Scoped Applications, Script Includes, Business Rules, and REST/SOAP integrations.
  • Experience with enterprise-level HR service environments and large-scale implementations.
  • Certified ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist or Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • Unit testing, Defect fixing – all testing cycles, movement between instances, cutover and go live hypercare support.
  • Experience with ITSM, CSM, or other ServiceNow modules.
