Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Solutions Expert to provide exceptional support and service expertise.

Main Objectives:

  • Solution Delivery: Identify and resolve complex issues with SOP documents, leveraging diagnostic skills and analytical thinking.
  • Customer Support: Deliver expert-level support using methodologies, case lifecycles, and problem-solving techniques.
  • Ticket Management: Utilize ticketing tools, ITIL knowledge, and experience in infrastructure, storage, and service desk environments.
  • Digital Literacy: Demonstrate proficiency in Google products, including Gmail, Calendar, Meet, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gemini app, Notebook LLM, Keep, Sites, Forms, and Appsheet.

Eligibility Criteria:
