Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
- Minimum of five years of hotel sales, catering, or marketing experience in a similar-sized luxury hotel with experience in leading a team.
- Four-year college degree preferred.
- Highly professional presentations and communication (oral and written) skills.
- Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office.
- Ability to perform critical analysis.
- Guest-focused with a passion for service excellence.
- Works well under pressure in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
- Strategic mind looking to advance the hotel's revenue targets.
- Analytical and detail-oriented.
- Adaptable experience with business strategy, business planning, and business development.
- Experience in large matrix organizations.
- Knowledge of Opera Sales & Catering Software or comparable products.
