Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

  • Minimum of five years of hotel sales, catering, or marketing experience in a similar-sized luxury hotel with experience in leading a team.
  • Four-year college degree preferred.
  • Highly professional presentations and communication (oral and written) skills.
  • Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to perform critical analysis.
  • Guest-focused with a passion for service excellence.
  • Works well under pressure in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
  • Strategic mind looking to advance the hotel's revenue targets.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented.
  • Adaptable experience with business strategy, business planning, and business development.
  • Experience in large matrix organizations.
  • Knowledge of Opera Sales & Catering Software or comparable products.
