As a seasoned accounting professional, you will play a pivotal role in leading our corporate accounting team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting principles, with a certification such as CA or CMA and at least 2 years of post-qualification experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review financial reports, journal entries, schedules, and reconciliations to ensure timely completion of deadlines for monthly accounting and month-end closing activities.
  • Oversee deferred revenue apportionment, internal and statutory audits, including statutory returns related to Company Law and STPI.
  • Manage contracts, billing, accounts receivable, review domestic contracts, process contract amendments, customer account reconciliations, and follow-ups for India Domestic Business.
  • Ensure compliance with GST payments and MIS reporting for GST Compliance.
  • Provide feedback on monthly profitability, revenue publishing, project profitability statements, customer-wise revenue and cost analysis, accounts payable, and accounts receivable for the Parent Company via MIS Reporting.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Overall responsibility for AP Invoices and AR accounting for US.
  • Process all accounts payable transactions with proper internal controls and company policy.
  • Prepaid Accounting for US.
  • Corporate credit card monthly accounting for US.
  • Interact with the US team.
  • Time and Expense Processing: Overall responsibility for T E cycle, validate expense reports as per T E company policy.
