We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Corporate Administration Officer to join our team.
Job Description:iQEquity provides exceptional services to the alternative asset industry, partnering with managers in various capacities. Our services include hedge fund and private equity fund launches, mutual fund administration, advisory firm setup, regulatory registration, infrastructure design, ongoing regulatory compliance, financial controls, and operational support services.
We handle a wide range of tasks including corporate secretarial processes and documentation, drafting and reviewing corporate documents, managing banking administration and tax administration in several online platforms, and performing various assigned corporate and trust administration tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
- Manage corporate secretarial processes and documentation.
- Draft and review corporate documents, including resolutions, minutes, and filings.
- Manage banking administration and tax administration in several online platforms.
- Perform a wide variety of assigned corporate and trust administration tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
- Minimum 2 years experience in the Trust or Corporate Sector.
- Experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
- Degree holder in relevant discipline (e.g. Risk Management, Law, Accounting, Finance etc).
- Professional qualifications in ICSA, TEP or ICA would be an advantage.
