Senior Corporate Tax Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Corporate Tax Professional to lead our corporate tax compliance operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing tax computations, implementing tax laws and regulations, and coordinating with client-side finance teams.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective tax strategies to minimize clients' tax liabilities.
  • Manage monthly and annual tax computations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate with client finance teams to obtain necessary data and information.
Tax Law Implementation & Process Improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and implement these updates across client engagements.
  • Develop and maintain working templates and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficiency and standardization across compliance processes.
Reporting & Governance
  • Prepare regular reports on tax compliance status and key metrics.
  • Maintain trackers for deliverables, deadlines, and client-specific workflows.
Team Leadership
  • Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals handling compliance delivery.
  • Review outputs for technical accuracy and completeness.
  • Conduct periodic training sessions to ensure the team is updated on compliance and regulatory developments.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5-7 years of post-qualification experience in corporate tax.
  • Strong experience in tax compliance, preferably including UAE and IN Corporate Tax.
  • Background in Big 4 / Tier-1 consulting firms preferred.
