Counseling Coordinator Job Description

At our organization, we are seeking a seasoned Counseling Coordinator to spearhead initiatives and drive sales growth. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead generation: Generate leads, cold call potential partners, and conduct market research using Google Search.
  • Counseling coordination: Identify counseling seekers and coordinate meetings.
  • Sales and payment management: Coordinate sales and payment collection.
  • Potential student identification: Collect details of potential study abroad students.
  • Initial counseling: Shortlisting universities and courses - training will be provided.
  • Foreign university partnerships: Find and build relationships with foreign Universities.
  • Lead maintenance: Maintain a diary of leads, follow-ups, meeting schedules, and payments.
  • Design and event management: Familiarity with basic event-related designs on Canva.
  • Event coordination: Ready to coordinate and manage events at schools.
  • Office management: Take charge of office space and coordinate with the maintenance team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or MBA.
  • 1-3 years' prior industry-related business development and telesales experience.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Focused and goal-oriented.
  • Sincere, non-smoker, work enthusiast with innovative ideas.

Mandatory requirements include owning a laptop and mobile, having good English language skills, and being willing to travel locally.
