Job Title: Team Leader — Counselling

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead a team of Education Counsellors.

The ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strong understanding of the education industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales targets, monitoring team productivity, and providing training and mentorship to enhance performance.

Able to inspire and motivate team members, this leader must also possess sound knowledge of CRM tools and reporting systems.

In addition, they should have proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting purposes.

This role is ideal for an ambitious individual with a target-driven mindset who can deliver results under pressure.

A quick learner with strong interpersonal skills, this leader will be able to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

As a key member of our team, this leader will contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in leading a counselling/sales team (5-7 years)
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Strong client handling, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to inspire, coach, and lead by example
  • Target-driven mindset with a focus on results
  • Quick learner with ability to adapt and deliver under pressure
  • Sound knowledge of CRM tools and reporting systems
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets
