Profile Overview

The IC3 Institute is seeking an experienced and motivated Development & Fundraising Lead to build and drive a robust fundraising function. This role will lead strategy, outreach, and relationship-building with major donors, CSR partners, charitable trusts, and grant-making institutions across India and globally. Working closely with the Founder and Executive Director, you will shape a global fundraising roadmap that supports the mission of "Counseling in Every School."

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy
• Identify and cultivate relationships with individual donors, corporate partners, and institutional funders
• Respond to RFPs and prepare compelling proposals
• Launch creative fundraising initiatives, including events and campaigns
• Track and manage donor engagement, impact reporting, and stewardship
• Collaborate with communications to design donor-facing content and newsletters
• Support monitoring and evaluation efforts for funded programs
• Represent IC3 at external donor meetings and forums

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• 5+ years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, CSR, or institutional development
• Strong communication, writing, and relationship management skills
• Ability to build networks, present persuasively, and drive cross-functional collaboration
• Experience in higher education, youth development, or mental health sectors is a plus
• A self-starter with high energy and a passion for social impact
