Lead Counselling Expert

About the Role:

The Lead Counselling Expert will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives, leading high-performing counselling teams, and spearheading growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning regional operational accounts for the team of counsellors.
  • Leading a team by demonstrating strong leadership skills, building high-performing teams, creating an exceptional work culture, and focusing on delivering outstanding customer service while driving exponential growth.
  • Collaborating with talented colleagues to develop short and long-term strategies that foster a sustainable customer base and business model.
  • Auditing, overseeing, and implementing all operations initiatives for the organization while efficiently managing teammates.
  • Leveraging independence and decision-making autonomy to drive the team's 10X growth by owning the end-to-end process from TOFU to BOFU.

Ideal Candidate would have:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in the study abroad industry.
  • Over 10-12 years of experience managing P&L with a team of 50+ professionals.
  • Experience scaling teams and designing processes across 2-3 companies, with a strong grasp of technology.
  • Exceptional skill at operational excellence - defining, monitoring, improving processes and metrics.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across the business, channel partners, counsellors, operations, etc.
  • Strong client and non-client support through 100% compliance of application processes.
