Job Overview

The successful Operations Director will oversee the day-to-day operations of a retail store, driving sales growth and ensuring exceptional customer experience. This role requires a high degree of operational expertise, combined with excellent leadership and people management skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage store operations in line with pre-defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring consistency and compliance.

  • Effectively track transactions and budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and meeting financial targets.
  • Implement security measures and loss prevention strategies to safeguard inventory and assets.
  • Foster outstanding customer relationships, providing product knowledge, assistance, and issue resolution to drive loyalty and retention.
  • Lead retail staff, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure exceptional customer service and sales effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with central functions to ensure alignment with broader company policies and maintain integration of in-store & online operations.
