Executive Operations Director

  • Oversee the development and execution of multi-channel content strategies to engage target audiences.
  • Manage project scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and budget to ensure timely delivery.
  • Implement Agile workflows for content operations and enforce editorial quality standards.
  • Collaborate with vendors and freelancers to optimize SLAs and cost efficiency.
  • Provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and manage stakeholder communications effectively.

Our ideal candidate possesses exceptional strategic planning and project management skills, with a strong background in content creation, curation, editing, and content management. They should have experience in operational management, including daily operations and internal vendor communications. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for success in this role. A technology degree in Computer Science or Information Sciences is desirable but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead content programs across multiple channels (web, app, email, social).
  • Manage project scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and budgets.
  • Run Agile workflows for content operations.
  • Enforce editorial quality standards (style guides, QA checklists, compliance reviews).
  • Manage vendors and freelancers, ensuring SLAs and cost efficiency.
  • Provide weekly status updates, risk assessments, and manage stakeholder communications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strategic planning and project management.
  • Content creation, curation, editing, and content management.
  • Operational management, including daily operations and internal vendor communications.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Technology degree in Computer Science or Information Sciences (desirable).
