Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Data Manager to lead our data science and analytics hiring initiatives. This role is responsible for developing strategies and procedures to support business growth and future capabilities.
This position requires strong leadership skills, with a deep understanding of the business and talent landscape. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional decision-making and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to navigate ambiguous situations and thrive in a dynamic environment.
The Senior Data Manager will be responsible for managing a team of talent acquisition professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship. They will also set clear goals and expectations for the team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and deliverables.
In addition, the successful candidate will devise sourcing strategies and recruit using multiple channels, including agencies, job boards, referrals, and campaigns. They will serve as a trusted business partner to senior leadership and key stakeholders, offering counsel, expertise, collaboration, and an in-depth understanding of business variables in relation to the TA function.
The Senior Data Manager will lead with data, providing recruiting status reports and communications to senior leadership and key stakeholders. They will also ensure process adherence, develop checks and balances to ensure accuracy and consistency, and continuously evaluate and improve hiring practices.
