Job Title: STEP MDM Specialist

We are seeking an experienced data management professional to join our team as a STEP MDM Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in building and maintaining systems that organize business data.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has experience with data integration, database management, and working with clients to deliver reliable solutions. You will be working with the STEP platform to set up and customize data management solutions, create and manage data models, and help design and build ways to connect STEP with other systems.

  • Data Management Expertise:
  • Create and manage data models (structures that define how information is stored and linked).
  • Work with the STEP platform to set up and customize data management solutions.
  • Help design and build ways to connect STEP with other systems (using APIs, ETL tools, or web services).

In addition to technical skills, we are looking for someone who can communicate effectively with clients and team members. You will work closely with the team to find the best technical options and guide them in development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot issues related to data quality, performance, or integration.
  • Support teams in setting up and configuring the STEP platform.
  • Work with clients to understand their needs and explain solutions in simple terms.
Requirements:
  • 5–8 years of experience working with STEP MDM.
  • Good knowledge of Java or JavaScript for customization.
  • Experience in data integration (ETL, REST APIs, web services).
  • Hands-on knowledge of databases (SQL) and common data formats like XML, JSON, CSV.
  • Understanding of data models and how systems store information.
  • Ability to use coding/debugging tools (like an IDE).
  • Bonus: STEP Certification or knowledge of Informatica PIM.
