Customer Success Manager

About the Role
We're seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager to lead our Store product team. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you'll be responsible for ensuring the ongoing success of our customers using our Studio Store products.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspire and lead a team of Customer Success Managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Develop and implement strategies to drive customer adoption and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members to ensure they're meeting their goals
- Monitor and analyze customer health metrics to inform business decisions
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or Leader, with a track record of driving customer success and growth
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Ability to analyze complex customer data and develop insights to inform business decisions
